Optinize, a customer engagement platform, helps businesses connect with their audience on a personal level. Optinize transforms customer behavior into personalized and effective interactions. The platform brings the company closer to its customers, allowing them to enjoy all the benefits of one-on-one customer connections on a massive scale.
Optinize's target audience is primarily composed of marketing, sales, and e-commerce professionals. The existing interface was feeling a bit stuck in the past - inconsistent, generic and boring, failing to reflect the colorful and dynamic nature of the target audience...not exactly what you'd expect from a tool used by dynamic marketing teams.
The company's owner wanted a more colorful, fun, and engaging interface that would resonate with marketing and sales professionals, encouraging them to spend more time in the system.
The Old Optinize Interface
Giving Optinize's Interface a Modern Makeover!
We were tasked with breathing new life into the platform and giving Optinize's Interface a Modern Makeover in order to make it more engaging and user-friendly, especially for marketing, sales, and e-commerce professionals.
In Addition, we were asked to establish the foundations of a new design system, that will be used by the design teams in the future and helps them create new pages and components, as well as expand it as needed.
New Modern Visual Language.
The redesign of the Optinize System has elevated the system's appearance to a modern and advanced level, with innovative design, and an enhanced user experience. Using contemporary and dynamic graphic language using vibrant colors and including a fresh set of illustrations that resonate with the marketing, sales, and e-commerce crowd.
The new color scheme complements Optinize's existing brand identity while adding a touch of energy. We ensured the design adheres to best practices in user interface (UI) design, resulting in a comfortable and intuitive user experience.
Those solutions translate to happier users who can spend more time focusing on what matters: building strong customer relationships.

The Optimize system is a comprehensive tool that encompasses a wide range of operations, including updating user information, managing campaign data, and more. To simplify these actions for users and enhance their sense of control over the system, we implemented a modal template approach for performing tasks whenever possible.
Modal templates offer a quick and efficient way to execute actions while maintaining the user's context within the system. This approach fosters a sense of control and familiarity, as users remain on the same page and perform actions in a dedicated overlay. Upon completion, they are seamlessly returned to the original context.
This modal-based approach not only simplifies task execution but also enhances overall usability. Users can navigate the interface effortlessly and complete actions without losing their bearings or disrupting their workflow.

To empower future design efforts and maintain consistency, we established a foundational Design System. This system serves as a centralized resource, outlining design principles, color palettes, typography, and component libraries. With this toolbox in hand, Optinize's design teams can efficiently create new pages and components, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout the platform.
With the Style Guide and the new screens layout, we ensures that Optinize's interface will stay modern and consistent as they continue to grow.
