Agam Liderim stands as a prominent player in the realm of pension management, employing a team of over 500 dedicated professionals. These experts possess extensive knowledge in the field of pension insurance, providing personalized guidance and tailored solutions to tens of thousands of clients. Their services encompass a wide range of financial products, including executive insurance, pension funds, health and long-term care insurance, provident funds, professional development funds, and more.
Agam Liderim operates a network of sophisticated management systems that consolidate a wealth of data pertaining to the company's and its clients' pension and financial information. These systems encompass both internal platforms for seamless employee operations and dedicated client-facing tools for managing insured data.
The company's commitment to innovation and efficiency has driven the development of a new Enterprise Pension Management system, designed to streamline operations, enhance data accessibility, and elevate the overall client experience.
Working Within the Constraints of a Legacy System
Agam Liderim existing information systems, while essential to daily operations, were plagued by outdated technology and a lack of user-centric design. These systems, designed in the early 2000s, failed to incorporate modern user experience (UX) principles, resulting in a cumbersome and unintuitive interface. This presented a significant challenge for both employees and new clients, who faced a steep learning curve in navigating the system's complexities
From a visual standpoint, the systems exuded an outdated interface design, devoid of any modern graphic design elements or alignment with Agam Liderim brand identity. The overall appearance resembled generic Windows 95-era interfaces, creating a disconnect between the company's modern image and its digital tools.
In essence, the legacy systems posed a significant hindrance to efficiency, usability, and the overall client experience. Agam Liderim recognized the need for a comprehensive overhaul, introducing a new Enterprise Pension Management system that would address these challenges and elevate the company's digital presence.
Coordinating Parallel Development and Maintaining Design Consistency
The design and development process for the various systems presented unique challenges. Often, work on specific groups of screens began from complex central screens or modules of specific areas rather than from the initial screens of the system. This approach, driven by development considerations and timelines, sometimes prevented a holistic view of the entire system, making it difficult to optimize the information architecture, screen structure, and cross-platform components of the interface.
A key challenge was to establish a new, modern design system that would provide comprehensive solutions, guidelines, and a rich component library for building Agam Liderim current and future interfaces. This involved considering future growth and expansion while maintaining visual and functional consistency across all interfaces and emphasizing the reinforcement and preservation of the Agam Liderim brand across the company's information systems and websites.
The parallel development of the design system and the new screens often led to frequent updates and ongoing changes in the appearance and usability of system components. This was necessary to accommodate new requirements while preserving the capabilities and functionalities of screens that we had already completed their design work.
In essence, the challenges stemmed from the need to balance parallel development, maintain design consistency, and ensure the system's adaptability to evolving requirements.
Embracing Modernity, Clarity, and Brand Identity
The new design concept for Agam Liderim systems embodies a modern, clean, and minimalist aesthetic, tailored to handle large-scale applications with extensive data and information. The interface prioritizes intuitiveness, clarity, and accessibility to facilitate easy navigation, content discovery, and data retrieval for both existing and new users.
As Agam Liderim brand language lacked a formalized brand guide, it was necessary to establish basic design guidelines for the brand. This included selecting a new color palette, defining fonts for system use, developing a new iconography and illustration style, and more…
Employers Management System
Internal Portal System
To create a consistent and efficient user experience, we developed a comprehensive style guide and design system for Agam Liderim. The design system is based on an 8-point grid, providing a solid foundation for our design decisions.
By defining a clear typographic hierarchy and a new color palette, we were able to create a visually appealing and harmonious interface that reflects the brand identity.
The navigation system was carefully designed to be intuitive and efficient, combining a top-bar navigation and a dynamic side menu. Furthermore, we developed a comprehensive system of input fields and data selection, tailored specifically to the unique needs of the interface.
At the core of the system is a modular component architecture, allowing for easy and efficient expansion of the interface while maintaining a consistent user experience. This approach ensures that the interface remains scalable and adaptable to future changes.

Design System Highlight
The system contains numerous tables as an efficient and convenient way to present extensive financial data and long lists. To address the challenge of creating a user-friendly and adaptable table design, we applied two tables types: dynamic and static.
Static tables are designed for simple lists with a fixed number of columns, providing a clear and spacious layout.
Dynamic tables, on the other hand, are optimized for data-heavy tables with many columns. To enhance navigation within these tables, we implemented a "sticky" column that remains fixed at the beginning of the table while the user scrolls horizontally, providing a constant reference point.
